An initiative funded by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism under the "Last Mile" program to contribute to the improvement of digitalization in the Spanish industry, with the support of the European Union through the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan.

The focus of this project is the development of new methods and processes, based on natural language processing and deep learning, to overcome current obstacles in the digital transformation of the human resources field, particularly making it accessible to micro-enterprises.
Objectives
OB1: Automate recruitment processes using Artificial Intelligence techniques.
OB2: Develop a methodology for analyzing unstructured written information.
OB3: Develop scalable methods based on Artificial Intelligence to raise the level of abstraction of available information and extract implicit information from job offers and CVs.
OB4: Analyze and test strategies based on trust and reputation systems to combine multiple algorithms and models to enable dynamic system response adaptation without complicating the models.
OB5: Analyze the use of data analysis techniques to generate, study, and minimize biases in training data.
OB6: Study the optimization of scalable Artificial Intelligence-based recommendation systems to improve the match between job offers and job seekers.
OB7: Test and optimize the service in real environments of tourism companies. Provide feedback to the recommendation system.
